A warrant canary is a statement we publish and renew on a regular schedule. As long as the statements below remain true and this page continues to be updated on time, you can take it as a signal that the events described have not occurred. If this page stops being updated, or if a statement is removed, you should treat that as meaningful.

As of the date above, the following statements are true:

• ✓Foxden has not received any National Security Letters.
• ✓Foxden has not received any gag orders that would prevent us from updating this canary.
• ✓Foxden has not received any warrants, court orders, or subpoenas from any government organisation, secret or otherwise.
• ✓Foxden has not been compelled to modify our systems to compromise the security or privacy of our users.
• ✓Foxden has not been compelled to hand over cryptographic keys or to introduce any backdoor into our software or infrastructure.
• ✓Foxden has not been subject to any search or seizure of our servers.
• ✓Foxden has full control over our infrastructure and source code, and no third party has compelled changes to either.
